Job Description

  • To manage and monitor leads from social media, website, enquiry calls. All leads must be updated on a daily basis
  • To plan, execute and monitor for the group of companies's social media ( FB, IG and YouTube) .
  • To support your immediate superior in executing all marketing plans
  • To manage and liaise with all vendors with regards to marketing .
  • To conduct competitor analysis at the market  areas where all the centres are located or any future potential acquisition market
  • Supportive role - As a liaison person for marketing department to roll out  all planned events to the centres effectively
  • To organise weekly marketing meetings with the centre's managers.
  • To ensure all the marketing materials (brochure, banners etc) are printed and sent out to centres.
  • Working closely with the graphic designer on all marketing materials that need to be ready on time prior  to attaining your superior's  approval
  • To assist in organising events, roadshows and Open Day. ( Sourcing of venue and  working with event vendors)
  • To assist in other ad hoc marketing events

We're looking for

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma/degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Development is preferred and will be an added advantage for this position.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast pace, team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Must posses with own transport
