Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:

  • Review suppliers' planning and logistics area periodically, generate ideas to make the collaboration more efficient and robust.
  • Generate and communicate demand plan and obtain commitments from supply chain and inhouse planners.
  • Work closely with external production partners and internal team to propose new ideas and drive changes to improve efficiency.
  • Work on automated report creation to innovate identified manual task.
  • Monitor and measure high ageing production lots in supply chain flow.

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT related or equivalent.
  • Excellent English proficiency in oral and written.
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in semiconductor logistics/supply chain/manufacturing.
  • Experience in Production Planning with internal and external partners.
  • Able to communicate and work together with all level of people.
  • Posses good analytical skill to perform deviation management.
  • Familiar with SAP, Tableau, VBA which are required to support daily operation and report development.
