Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics of materials and finished products.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transportation schedules.
  • Generate and analyze logistics reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in logistics processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple logistics activities efficiently.

Salary Range: RM 3,000 - 3,500
