Join Blue Water Technology (BWT) — a leading player in water infrastructure and engineering innovation. We design and build water supply systems, pipelines, and utility solutions for large-scale projects, including data centres and industrial facilities.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quantity Surveyor to be part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations covering materials, labour, and time requirements.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and analyse tenders and contracts to ensure competitiveness and accuracy.
  • Undertake cost analysis for construction, repair, and maintenance projects.
  • Develop detailed bills of quantities and contract documents in collaboration with architects and clients.
  • Perform value engineering, risk assessment, and cost control throughout project execution.
  • Provide professional advice on contractual and commercial matters, including claims and disputes.
  • Track project progress, manage variations, and maintain updated budget projections.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and contractual issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in Quantity Surveying — experience in water industry projects will be a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with construction materials, cost estimation, and contract law.
  • Membership or accreditation from RICS / CIOB or other recognized professional bodies preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
