Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years' experience in haulage, transport, or logistics operations (fresh graduates may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of haulage operations, ports, depots, and container movements.
  • Able to communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
  • Computer literate (MS Excel, email, basic operation systems).
  • Able to work under pressure and handle urgent operational issues.
  • Willing to work extended hours or shifts if required.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating daily haulage schedules.
  • Monitor truck movements and update delivery/pick-up status.
  • Communicate job instructions to drivers and follow up on job completion.
  • Handle last-minute changes or issues during operations.

Documentation & Records

  • Prepare and check haulage documents (DO, EIR, gate pass, delivery order, job sheet).
  • Update job records, POD (Proof of Delivery), and operational logs.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and submitted on time.

Driver & Customer Coordination

  • Liaise with drivers on job allocation, routes, and delivery requirements.
  • Coordinate with customers, depots, ports, and warehouses for pick-up and delivery.
  • Handle basic customer enquiries related to delivery status.

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure operations comply with company procedures, safety rules, and transport regulations.
  • Report incidents, delays, or accidents to the Operations Executive/Manager.
  • Assist in monitoring driver attendance and discipline records.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly operation reports.
  • Support billing preparation by checking job completion details.
  • Perform other operational or administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
