Senior Payroll

• Oversee the daily operations of the payroll department to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of all payroll-related functions.
• Perform end-to-end monthly payroll processing and generate payroll reports accurately and on time.
• Verify employee backpay requests arising from salary disputes.
• Check and update additional allowances, incentives, and claims for payroll inclusion.
• Coordinate annual EA Form preparation and distribution.
• Prepare and submit finance-related payroll reports.
• Annual Increment & Performance Claim.
• Extract and maintain updated weekly active employee lists and full employee lists.
• Ensure accuracy and proper record-keeping for reporting and analysis.
• Issue appraisal forms to relevant departments.
• Prepare and issue Letters of Confirmation, Extension, or Non-Confirmation based on employee status.
• Assist with internal and external payroll audits by providing accurate data, documentation, and clarifications as required.
• Attend to and manage all payroll-related government inquiries in a timely, professional, and compliant manner.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–7 years of hands-on payroll experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
