Job Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitors landscape.
  • Support the development and execution of strategies to drive sustainable business growth and strengthen the company's competitive edge.

Performance & Incentive Management

  • Develop and evaluate incentive programs and marketing campaigns to motivate sales performance and improve productivity.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of Marketing Representatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Prepare and seek necessary approvals for proposed initiatives, ensuring effective execution and tracking of results.

Relationship Management & Network Expansion

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Marketing Representatives.
  • Identify and establish new alliances to expand the sales network of Marketing Representatives and achieve business targets.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a small internal team to deliver on Relationship Management objectives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform portfolio analysis, monitor sales trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Use data from various internal systems to prepare insightful reports for management's review and decision-making.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations to improve sales performance and profitability.

Events, Engagement & Recognition

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute key Business Development events such as team-building sessions, motivational activities, and training programs to strengthen team cohesion and morale.
  • Lead the organization of the annual Marketing Representatives (MRs) Awards Appreciation Night and other recognition events to celebrate achievements and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure events are well-executed and aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, or sales performance analysis, preferably in financial services or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a small team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or CRM tools is an added advantage.
