Job Description:-

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics (production output, labor costs, inventory levels)
  • Manage and coordinate activities of production, purchasing, logistics, and quality control departments
  • Oversee the production process, including scheduling, material procurement, production planning, quality control and inventory management
  • Ensuring compliance with MDA regulations and other regulatory requirements related to medical device and Cosmetic production
  • Develop and implement procedures for quality control and assurance, including testing and inspection procedures
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as research and development and sales, to ensure that products meet customer needs and are aligned with company goals
  • Ensuring that production facilities and equipment are maintained in good condition and are in compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring all staffs are compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Identifying and resolving operational & production problems and issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets and resource allocation
  • Manage and evaluate staff performance; provide feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular meetings with Management to review operations performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc job / project as and when required by the Management/superior from time to time

Qualification:-

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration Management or Business Studies, Finance & Accounting Studies or any relevant field

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of MDA,NPRA, GMP & HALAL regulations
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 related to medical device & cosmetic production

Experience

  • Experience in manufacturing processes and procedures, production planning, quality control, and inventory management
  • Minimum 5 years working experiences in related field
