Job Description

  • Have Sales and Management Skills, strong business sense and industry expertise, ability to drive sales process from plan to close
  • Liase with regional office management, skills system management, management skills with banker.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team, excellent mentoring, coaching in people management skills.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer based and ensure it's strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Successful previous experience as sales representative/Sales Manager consistently meeting or exceed targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of organization.

Minimum Requirement

  • Diploma Certificate
  • At Least Minimum 3-5 Years Experience in Car Sales Manager Position
  • Basic + Comm Remuneration
