  1. Production Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Oversee mold preparation, reinforcement placement, concrete pouring, and curing processes.
  • Monitor stripping, finishing, and storage of precast elements.
  • Supervise and guide production staff, supervisors, and technicians.
  • Maintain detailed production reports, progress updates, and inventory records.
  • Document process deviations, quality issues, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of precast concrete production, mix design, and curing processes.
  • Knowledge of molds, formwork, reinforcement detailing, and concrete casting.
  • Knowledge of root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plan.
  • Clear reporting on production progress, issues, and improvements.
  • Understanding of concrete strength testing, quality control, and curing methods.
  • Working location : Pontian, Johor
