Working Hours : 4pm-1am
What will you do?
- Responsible for timely and accurate end to end processing of Corporate Actions accordingly to defined SLAs
- Products covered: Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, Structured Notes
- Review process flows and initiate process improvements via change requests, defects
- Participate in strategic initiatives and testing
- Cash and security breaks investigation
- Manage requests and queries within stipulated timeframe
- Ensure that all transactions are processed in accordance to bank rule, circulars, procedures and local requirements
- Provide relief support and other duties assigned and cross train on all functions performed with the team and across department
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Minimum 2 years of working experiences within a Securities Operations environment
- Good working knowledge of global practices in relation to corporate actions
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Nice-to-have
- Familiar with Milvus, SWIFT standards and IMActions (or other Corporate Actions software)
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Fast learner for new processing tasks assigned
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
