Job description

Role #1:

Workday Integration Lead

Area: Workday Studio

Role: Integration Lead

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday Integrations / PECI / PICOF / API based development.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment.
  • Liaise with client stakeholders including the BAU (Business As Usual) team, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and External Vendors.
  • Report on any blockers to delivery leadership and seek management attention.
  • Technical Architecture (Tech. Arch) for Workday – Ability to solution for client requirements and is knowledgeable about topics like SSO (Single Sign-On).
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology is preferred.

Role #2:

Workday CCTPP Integration Consultant

Area: Workday CCTPP

Role: Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday PECI development.
  • Working knowledge of payroll integrations (Types of files that will be needed for payroll).
  • Understand work items related to Payroll integration to 3rd party payroll.
  • Estimate the work and ensure appropriate explanation for hours estimated.
  • Analyze, Design, and test items as part of work allotted as per given timelines.
  • Peer review other team members' deliverables.
  • Ensure dependencies and blockers are understood and explained to Integration leads.
  • Help with migration of code components to various tenants and do sanity checks.
  • Work with other tracks like functional track to understand the field mappings or other dependencies for integration build.
  • Do technical support of delivered items during the Post go-live support period.
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology is preferred.

Role #3:

Role: T&A Configurator

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Workday US Time Tracking or Workday US Absence Management.
  • Understand work items corresponding to Time and absence in Workday as part of sprint.
  • Estimate the work and ensure appropriate explanation for hours estimated.
  • Configure & test T&A items as part of work allotted as per given timelines.
  • Peer review other team members' deliverables.
  • Ensure dependencies, blockers are understood and explained to T&A Lead.
  • Help with migration of configuration to various tenants and do sanity checks.
  • Work with other tracks like integration / data conversion to explain functional setup to help with development efforts on these tracks.
  • Experience of working in Agile methodology is preferred.
