Finance Associate (Immediate Hiring)

Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

3-Month Contract (Renewable based on performance)

Salary:

  • RM2,400 (during probation)
  • RM2,500 after 1-month probation confirmation

We're looking for a Finance Associate who wants real exposure to finance operations — not just data entry.

Fresh grads are welcome. Attitude matters more than years of experience.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepare, check, and maintain invoices, receipts, and supporting documents
  • Update and maintain finance records in the SPK-i Portal
  • Communicate with customers on billing & payment matters
  • Assist with management accounts for the main company and group (ad-hoc)
  • Support month-end closing and basic reconciliations
  • Keep finance documents audit-ready
  • Liaise with panel auditors for tax & audit documentation
  • Support other finance-related tasks when needed

You'll Fit In If You:

  • Are a fresh graduate or preferably have up to 1 year experience
  • Hold a Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accounting / related field
  • Can communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Are detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
  • Are a team player
  • Are willing to work overtime when required by Management / HOD
