Regional Supply Manager

Role Overview
The Regional Supply Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of feedstock sourcing, logistics coordination, and supplier management within the assigned region. This role ensures supply reliability, cost efficiency, and compliance with commercial and operational requirements. The incumbent will work closely with central supply, trading, and operations teams to align regional activities with overall business and optimisation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, feedstock procurement, or logistics within the petrochemical, oil & gas, or energy trading industry.
- Strong operational understanding of condensate and naphtha supply chains, including shipping, storage, and contract execution.
- Exposure to Linear Programming (LP) optimisation and its application in supply or production planning preferred.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships, regional logistics, and cross-functional coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business; postgraduate qualification preferred.
