We are looking for a Vietnamese Speaker Call Centre Agent to join our customer service team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Vietnamese-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will handle customer inquiries across various communication channels, resolve issues, and provide accurate information all while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other platforms in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle Complaints Professionally: Resolve customer issues and complaints with care and professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Forward unresolved or complex matters to relevant departments or senior staff for further action.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Suggest Process Improvements: Identify areas for improvement and contribute to enhancing customer service protocols.
  • Meet Performance Targets: Strive to achieve individual and team KPIs such as response time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or higher in any field. SPM or high school holders with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Experience:
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates without experience but with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent in Vietnamese (spoken & written)
  • Good command of English is required.
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Able to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for continuous learning
