**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese to assist customers with their needs.
- Utilize technical skills to navigate and troubleshoot customer issues within the Hi-Tech and Services domains.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Assist in the development of customer support materials and documentation.
- Monitor and report on customer feedback to help improve service quality.
- Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and service level agreements.

**Qualifications**
- Must have strong English speaking skills.
- Must be a native Vietnamese speaker with the ability to read write and speak the language fluently.
- Experience in customer support within the Hi-Tech and Services domains is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
