Responsibilities
- Individual contributor role, with excellence career growth opportunity.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur, taking care of assigned global market penetration.
- Identify, engage, and onboard international customers / clients.
- Drive sales development & revenue growth initiative for dental products.
- Work with cross-function team members to develop strategies for market development.
- Be open to changes to fit-in ongoing evolving business strategies.
- Provide support, training, and regular visits to customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functions teams to improve business processes.
- Conduct meetings, product presentations and demonstrations as needed, via offline & online.
- Represent the company at local & international dental & dental technology events and exhibitions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities and develop strategies to stay competitive and win market share.
- Use CRM tools to track sales & customer performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Medical Science, Dental Science or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development is required, preferably with a background in the medical, orthodontic, or dental industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high sense of urgency and be agile with internal & external communication.
- Be able to communicate and build relationships across all organizational levels.
- Good understanding of sales & marketing processes on dental / medical / healthcare sectors. Knowledge with medical device regulation is a plus.
- Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Willing to travel in-country / oversea for business purposes, as when needed.
- Fluent in English and Chinese literacy will be added advantageous.
