Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role will lead a small team of financial analysts, in Malasia, and play a critical part in driving accurate forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This team will be located in Malaysia to support our United States Finance and Operations groups.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage
    a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Drive accurate
    financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver
    monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Analyze financial performance
    , identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain IBM TM/1 databases by entering, verifying, and reporting customer information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls.
  • Drive process improvements and leverage technology, including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance FP&A capabilities.
  • Increases productivity by developing automated applications and coordinating information requirements.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

  • 7-15 years of progressive experience in Finance, with a focus on FP&A.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior experience managing a team.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with IBM TM/1 and Board software is a plus.
