We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Tester to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to system testing and provide valuable feedback aimed at enhancing resume matching. The Tester will play a crucial role in improving the accuracy, functionality, and performance of our system to deliver matched resumes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use the recruitment system to simulate real-world hiring workflows.
  • Test all stages of the process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling.
  • Identify usability issues, process gaps, and potential improvements.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations from a recruiter's point of view.
  • Feedbacks will be gathered and provided to product and development teams to ensure the system meets recruiter needs.

Requirement:

  • Recruitment Experience: Minimum 6 months in agency or in-house recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills for clear feedback and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
