Job Description:

We are looking for meticulous and proactive
Software Testers / QA Engineers
(Mid–Senior level) to join a dedicated product team developing a next-generation
superapp
. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that every feature delivered meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance across mobile and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for mobile and web applications.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standardized tools and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in sprint planning and reviews, providing clear quality status updates and risk assessments.
  • Implement and maintain automated test frameworks using tools such as
    Selenium, Appium, Postman, or Cypress
    .
  • Ensure testing processes align with CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Continuously improve testing methodologies, coverage, and automation practices.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and release validation in collaboration with product stakeholders.

WORK EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in manual and automated software testing within agile product environments.
  • Mid-Level:
    4–7 years of testing experience with exposure to both manual and automation frameworks.
  • Senior-Level:
    7–10 years of experience, with a strong record in test strategy development, automation implementation, and mentoring junior testers.
  • Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Experience in testing RESTful APIs and backend services using Postman, Newman, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with defect tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • Knowledge of mobile testing (iOS and Android), including emulator/simulator usage and physical device testing.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes and integration with automation pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
