ROLE PURPOSE

  • Facilitate the design, implementation and continuous improvement of rewards programs and operations by providing data-driven insights and analytics that enable data driven decision-making process.
  • Responsible in establishing an integrated Rewards data management and preparing the Rewards related reports and analytics by ensuring accuracy, consistency and insights across multiple rewards data within Rewards and Solutions unit.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Build an integrated data management platform by consolidating, analysing and interpreting compensation, benefits and other relevant data from various sources to enable accurate and timely analysis for decision making process.
  2. Conduct data analysis using relevant tools/system and generate regular and ad-hoc reports or dashboards by providing meaningful insights and updates for management review. This includes development and management of data visualisation for real-time insights.
  3. Perform regular market benchmarking and support compensation survey submissions to ensure continuous access to latest market data and trends.
  4. Collaborate with process owners (i.e. System, Medical, Payroll, Travel, Expense etc) to support ongoing operational analytics efforts and assist in identification of system/process gaps to improve data integrity and effectiveness.
  5. Review and enhance existing rewards processes to improve efficiency and streamline workflows across sections within the unit.
  6. Facilitate process improvement initiatives within the unit to enhance productivity and stakeholders experience.
  7. Support and participate actively in department's initiatives and strategic projects including business plan, performance management, risk management, infrastructure management, operating plan, change management, working climate and cross functional review project.

QUALIFICATIONS

•    Academic Qualifications: Minimum bachelor's degree in any related courses, preferably in data analytics, or computer science.

•    Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Data Analysis or analytical role (HR experience or internal / external consulting experience preferred)

PREVALENT & EMERGING SKILLS    

1.    Analytical and data interpretation skills 

2.    Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming

3.    Knowledge on rewards management and other HR functional areas

4.    Strong collaboration, communication and presentation skills
