BAT Vietnamhas an exciting opportunity for a Reward Analyst

The Reward Analyst ensures accurate reward delivery by supervising data, reports, and processes, and collaborating with global teams to boost reward efficiency.

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports To: Process Lead

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Global

Location: Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Support top-down & bottoms-up demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial design to provide fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to Group Reward Delivery team

2. Proactively gathering relevant data from internal (Markets &/ Centre) and external reward providers

3. Conduct detailed analysis as part of reward investigations / enquiries initiated by Group Reward Delivery Team

4. Present analysis and initial proposals clearly and creatively

5. Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data

6. Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure that a consistent approach is undertaken
7. Support robust and accurate reward delivery reporting with initial insights/commentary as input to:
8. Relevant governing bodies at a regional, central and/or functional level
9. Legislative reporting for pay equity (i.e., gender pay gap reporting)
10. Develop and maintain reward delivery tools and templates, and
11. Train GBS on tools and templates, when required
12. Collaborate with GBS in the deployment of system improvements in-line with changes to reward policies
13. Support RAD Process Leads in the development of reward capability and communication materials
14. Support ad-hoc requests for reward analysis to aid decision-making and process management for the wider Group Reward team
15. Participate in reward projects as part of an agile team as and when assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of Generalist Reward experience
• Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong English language (written and oral)
• Ability to work in a global capacity / virtual working to ensure seamless delivery and execution across time zones
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlessly
