Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Lead marketing initiatives including advertising, campaigns, digital marketing, events, and brand management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee corporate communications, PR activities, and development of marketing materials.
  • Manage franchising operations, monitor franchisee compliance, and support performance improvement.
  • Prepare and manage the business development and marketing budget.
  • Supervise CRM updates, customer enquiries, and departmental administrative functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master's is an advantage).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience with strong leadership and strategic capability.
  • Proven track record in business development, marketing management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience in franchise management and digital marketing is an added advantage.
