Our mission is to make every day giving easy, impactful, and human. As we expand our network of caring merchants, we are looking for passionate Business Development Manager to join us in building a more connected, compassionate world.
Responsibilities:
1.Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Prospect, pitch, and sign up new restaurant partners to join the app.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with F&B stakeholders.
- Highlight the benefits of the platform (increased visibility, customer reach, revenue growth).
2.Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
- Provide onboarding support to ensure smooth integration with the app.
- Address partner concerns and act as a liaison between restaurants and internal teams.
3.Market Research & Strategy:
- Identify high-potential restaurants and key decision-makers in target markets.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and promotions.
4.Performance Tracking:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for restaurant sign-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and partnerships in CRM.
- Provide regular reports on business development progress.
Skill & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years in business development, sales, App based platform or partnerships, preferably in F&B
- Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are a plus
- Familiarity with the F&B sector, restaurant operations, or food delivery platforms is a plus.
- Must possess own transportation and willing to travel locally to meet merchants
- Positive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
