Human Resource Functions

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR database.
  • Track attendance, leave, and overtime records accurately.
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination notices.
  • Assist with performance evaluation and probation review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory bodies: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC and insurance.
  • Coordinate staff training programs and maintain training documentation.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support when needed.

Administrative Functions

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of office premises.
  • Maintain structured filing systems (physical & digital).
  • Assist in preparing reports, memos, minutes, invoices and documents for management review.
  • Support other departments with administrative assistance.

Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & statutory contributions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and integrity.
