Human Resource Functions
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR database.
- Track attendance, leave, and overtime records accurately.
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and termination notices.
- Assist with performance evaluation and probation review processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory bodies: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC and insurance.
- Coordinate staff training programs and maintain training documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support when needed.
Administrative Functions
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, deliveries, and correspondence.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of office premises.
- Maintain structured filing systems (physical & digital).
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, minutes, invoices and documents for management review.
- Support other departments with administrative assistance.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act & statutory contributions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and integrity.
