Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage O&M for C&I and LSS projects, ensuring performance, safety, and reliability.
• Oversee execution, preventive/corrective maintenance, and performance optimization.
• Implement standardized processes, digital tools, and best practices for efficiency.
• Provide EPCC oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure site compliance with PPAs, O&M contracts, and regulations.
• Manage technical teams, ensuring HSE and performance standards.
• Act as technical escalation point for complex operational issues.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports.
• Support budgeting, resource, and spare parts planning.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive business growth through data insights and continuous improvement.
• Support business development by identifying new O&M opportunities, providing technical input for proposals, and strengthening client relationships to drive portfolio growth.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering; GCPV certification a plus.
• Min 5 years' experience in operations within solar, utilities, telecom, or industrial sectors.
• Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• EPC or commissioning experience preferred.
• Experience with LSS projects and C&I solar portfolios an advantage.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts and partners in APAC region.
