About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and motivated intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in social media marketing. This role is perfect for someone passionate about content creation, digital trends, and audience engagement. As a Digital Content & Social Media Intern, you will help manage our online presence, create engaging content, and support marketing campaigns.

Job Scope:

  • Content Creation – Develop and publish engaging posts, graphics, and videos.
  • Social Media Management – Schedule, monitor, and maintain content flow.
  • Community Engagement – Respond to comments and messages professionally.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Track engagement, reach, and suggest improvements.
  • Marketing Support – Assist in campaigns, promotions, and branding efforts.
  • Trend Research – Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills – Proficiency in Mandarin (written & spoken) is a must; basic English for internal communication.
  • Education – Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills – Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), basic photo & video editing (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut).
  • Creativity & Attention to Detail – Strong creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
  • Team Player & Self-Motivated – Ability to work independently and collaborate with the team.
  • Previous Experience – Not required, but any experience in social media marketing is a plus.
