Job Description

Compliance - Ethics, Culture and Conduct is responsible for ensuring that all activities comply with regulatory requirements, including financial crime, anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and corruption, data privacy, and sanctions. Ensures that all of the firm's activities follow the necessary rules and regulations, and that the firm complies with legal and regulatory boundaries and jurisdictions. The Ethics / Culture & Conduct focus specializes in developing and maintaining the ethics or standard of conduct policies and procedures of an organization or business. Ensures broad observance of ethics or conduct policy, and objectively monitors the decisions and conduct of management.
