Job Descriptions

A. Logistic Operations


• Assist in weighing all incoming and outgoing trucks accurately.


• Record weight data correctly in the system.


• Verify the waste code/material type before the weighing process.


• Ensure drivers provide the correct documentation (DO, consignment note, invoice, etc.).


• Coordinate with drivers and guide them to the appropriate loading/unloading bay.


• Report any irregularities such as overweight vehicles, incorrect waste codes, or missing documents.

B. Warehouse Support


• Support the warehouse team in loading and unloading activities (including forklift handling if certified).


• Assist in receiving, storing, and arranging materials/waste in designated zones.


• Ensure each pallet has a proper waste label.


• Help monitor stock levels, ensure correct labelling, and update inventory records.


• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and safety of the warehouse at all times.


• Assist in preparing waste for the operation process.

C. Documentation & Reporting


• Prepare weighbridge slips and ensure proper filing of all related documents.


• Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for weighbridge and warehouse activities.


• Maintain the accuracy of system entries and physical files.


• Support audit processes and requirements when necessary.


• Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation
