Oversee both CFS secured and unsecured collections teams to ensure effective and timely collections.
Handle escalated collection cases with professionalism, negotiating resolutions while maintaining customer relationships.
Streamline dunning and escalation processes to balance both Collections outcome and customer service.
Monitor team performance metrics and provide coaching to improve productivity and compliance with company policies.
Strong background in collections management with proven experience handling complex and escalated cases.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
At least 10 years of proven experience in managing delinquent accounts within the financial services sector.
Strong understanding of credit policies, compliance regulations, and Collections strategies.
Possess leadership and coaching skills, with a focus on team development.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in managing foreclosure and auction preferred.
