Job Requirements

1. Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a videographer, content creator, or similar role (portfolio required).
  • Strong proficiency with professional video equipment (DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, audio gear, etc.).
  • Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Ability to color grade, add motion graphics, and enhance audio.
  • Experience filming high-speed action and automotive subjects is a strong plus.

2. Creative & Technical Ability:

  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling in a fast-paced, automotive setting.
  • Ability to plan, shoot, and edit compelling content with minimal direction.
  • Skilled at turning raw footage into engaging reels, YouTube videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Familiarity with social media formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.) and trends.

3. Physical & On-Set Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a garage and track environment (no fear of noise, dirt, or heat).
  • Capable of lifting and handling video gear and being mobile during shoots.
  • Available to travel occasionally for races, car events, or shoots outside the garage.

4. Collaboration & Communication:

  • Able to work closely with mechanics, drivers, and the marketing team to capture the brand's voice and energy.
  • Open to feedback and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
