About the role

This is a full-time role located in Glenmarie, Selangor. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for the company. This is a critical position that will have a significant impact on the overall success of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and other relevant authorities.
  • Provide financial support for property project cost monitoring and reporting.
  • Oversees sales, cash flow, and administrative operations.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional qualifications (ACCA, CPA, MICPA) or pursuing such credentials are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in an audit firm or property development company.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with external stakeholders.
