**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead financial consolidation processes for the company ensuring compliance with local financial regulations and international financial reporting standards.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and rectify existing financial discrepancies and inefficiencies, setting robust financial practices.
- Manage and coordinate the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and overseeing financial audits.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational strategies.
- Liaise with senior management and various stakeholders to ensure transparency and efficiency in all financial operations.
- Provide strategic leadership to revamp and enhance the finance department's operations and team performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management within a public listed company, with a solid background in financial consolidation.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
