Oversee and review the full set accounts which including profit and loss accounts, cash flow, variance analysis and provide commentaries to ensure accuracy and completeness on timely basis.
- Responsible of yearly budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecast and analysis by liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Review and approve all payments to ensure payment are made accurately and in timely manner.
- Review daily/monthly/quarterly cash flow forecast to manage the cash flow within the group.
- Responsible for annual audit and tax compliances of the company and liaise with external auditors/tax agents/local authorities.
- To review and monitor all internal controls and accounting related standard operating procedures in order to safeguard the company's assets and interests.
- Responsible for overseeing day to day operation of the finance department.
- To complete the ad-hoc projects assigned according to the timeline given.
- Lead the monthly balance sheet review.
- To review, prepare, monitor Finance and Accounting Policy and Procedure
- Monitor and resolve audit findings identified by internal and external auditors in a timely manner.
- Monitor and oversee the activity of the outsourced service provider.
- Mentoring and providing guidance to the team and train for career development and performance.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience and preferably 2 years in management role.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge in ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under tight schedules and with flexibility to pursue for changes in a dynamic working environment.
- Prior working experience in a retail environment is a plus. Previous experience in an audit firm is an added advantage
- Hands on experiences and knowledge in import and export documentations, custom procedures, indirect taxes (VAT/GST, SST), an added advantage
