Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentation materials, and meeting documents for the President.
  • Draft speeches, presentations, talking points, and professional correspondence as required.
  • Manage the President's calendar, schedule meetings, and ensure priorities are handled efficiently and proactively.
  • Attend meetings alongside the President, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects initiated by the President's Office, including tracking timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, performance metrics, and progress dashboards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by engaging global, regional, and local stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Identify risks or roadblocks, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues with proposed solutions.
  • Prepare regular executive summaries and project updates, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support data-driven and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and provide on-site support during business trips or official engagements.
  • Handle administrative and operational matters within the President's Office with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in executive support and project management; experience in the MLM industry is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and prepare executive-level materials.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience tracking multi-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft speeches, presentations, and professional correspondence.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentation materials.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to anticipate executive needs with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and responsive to urgent requests, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site support during business or official engagements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders of all levels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
