Job Responsibilities

·  Responsible for full set of accounts

·  Responsible to process and verify accounts payable invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.

·  Timely preparation of monthly management reporting, variance analysis, cash flow forecast and bank reconciliation.

·  Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.

·  Respond to payment inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments.

·  Involve with month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accurate recording of payables.

·  Assist in yearly audits, collaborating with internal and external auditors.

·  Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

·  Maintain organized filing of account documents for record-keeping.

Job Requirements

·  Possesses at least LCCI certification, Diploma or Degree in Accounting

·  Minimum 3 years of working experience in logistics industry

·  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and any accounting software

·  Good command in Malay & English is essential

·  Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy

·  Deadline-driven and ability to work under pressure

·  Strong sense of responsibility and work independently

·  Preference for immediate starters
