Role Description

  1. Client Relations Management

  2. Establish and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and drive revenue growth.

  3. Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales, handling enquiries, concerns and providing top-notch customer service.

  4. Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

  5. Customer Service Excellence

  6. Handle customer queries and issues related to warehouse operations.

  7. Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction levels by proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.

  8. Ensure timely and professional responses to all customer queries and maintain a high level of service satisfaction.

  9. Internal / External Communication

  10. Promote clear communication within the warehouse team and across departments.

  11. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners and stakeholders for seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management program or any related field.
  • Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management software.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Self-driven, motivated and efficient in time management.
