JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintains financial records, enters and balances account data, and generates statistical summary reports as required.
  • Setup schedule of payment journey to keep track and ensure payment receive on time.
  • To review monthly aging report, reconciliation reports, audit schedule and to ensure all open/overdue items are being attended to and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Monitor cash flow, handle intercompany transactions.
  • Managing and handling a full set of account, bookkeeping account payable and recievable, e-invoicing, payroll, end-of month close, reporting and audit preparation.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and manage banking matters.

REQUIREMENT

  • SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience as an accountant or similar role.
  • Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software (UBS, Sage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
