Responsibilities

  • Oversee weekly store orders and plan inventory allocation for new product arrivals.
  • Coordinate stock transfers and recalls among stores to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Provide analysis and recommendations to improve stock management performance across outlets.
  • Prepare and share weekly purchasing and inventory reports with the finance team.
  • Plan, execute, and track marketing and promotional activities across various brands and product lines, including pop-up events and special campaigns.
  • Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring timely updates and communication with stores and relevant departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new store openings or relocations, including product display setup, POS materials, and stock arrangement.
  • Attend vendor meetings and assist in the product selection process.
  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to monitor trends and industry movements.
  • Review store sales performance and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Analyze sales, brand, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Perform monthly store visits and prepare follow-up reports with key observations and improvement recommendations.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience in merchandising role from retail industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with retail analytics or reporting tools.
