Job Scope:

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries, etc.) independently.
  • Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and company secretary for statutory matters.
  • Monitor project expenses, claims, petty cash, and supplier payments.
  • Perform budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and accounting compliance with MFRS.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3–5 years working experience in a construction or related industry.
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act and statutory contributions.
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to meet reporting deadlines.
  • Independent, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Must be willing to work in our Mid Valley City office (on-site position).
