What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve quality assurance programs, inspection plans, and product quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor the QA team to uphold best practices and compliance with ISO / IATF requirements.
  • Conduct periodic internal and external audits to ensure certification and customer compliance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to embed quality into every process.
  • Analyze quality performance data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen on the production floor.
  • Maintain and revise documentation, reports, and quality system records.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO / IATF standards, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.
  • Proven ability to build, lead, and motivate a quality-focused team.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Lean or Kaizen initiatives is a plus.
