Function and duties:
  • Co-ordination with vendors as per the requirements of the organization.
  • Manage housekeeping, security, transport, and pantry supply.
  • Provide assistance administrative matters promptly
  • Interaction with Finance team for invoice processing, payments, and providing provisions on a timely basis.
  • Interaction with User departments for existing and new requirements, sourcing, negotiating with vendors.
  • Maintaining stock and monitoring inventory.
  • To ensure 100% legal compliance by vendor at all times.
  • Assisting support services staff in their activities.
  • Ensuring safety and security at all times.
  • Lead a small team and provide guidance on daily operations.
  • Might require working night shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in administrative and facility management roles.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
  • Experience managing operations for a company that runs 24/7.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and calendar management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work night shifts when required.
