Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maximize profitability and drive top -line growth across all target markets.Keep precise and up -to -date records of pricing, sales, and activity reports.Carry out market research to discover new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.Execute marketing programs in accordance with approved plans and budget allocations.Prepare marketing materials to support product launches and events.Coordinate and manage product launches, roadshows, and promotional events.Execute marketing strategies and activities in alignment with the overall marketing plan and objectives.Ensure timely submission of all applications and renewals for the Developer's License, Sales & Advertising Permit, Form 7(e) & (f), and other required documents in compliance with the Housing Developer's Act and relevant local authority regulations.Conduct market research to track industry trends and analyze competitors' growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Liaise with local authorities for the application and renewal of outdoor advertising permits. RequirementsDiploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher qualification in Marketing or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of working experience with a property developer, preferably in high -rise projects.Broad marketing experience encompassing both traditional and digital marketing.Proficient in computer applications.Skilled in budgeting, research, and data analysis.Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
