As a
Senior Marketing Associate – Livestream & Affiliates

, you will lead our Affiliate Marketing and Livestream initiatives on Tiktok and Shopee. This role is responsible for scaling revenue thru strong affiliate partnership, high-performing livestream sessions, and continuous optimization on-platform content.

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate Marketing

·      Plan, execute and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to grow revenue through new affiliate recruitment, strategic product sampling, and strong content generation and seeding.

·      Effectively integrate and align affiliate activities to branding and commercial goals.

·      Monitor affiliate activity daily/weekly to identify opportunities, gaps and quick wins.

·      Conduct regular check-ins with top affiliates to align on goals, share new product updates, and optimize their performance.

·      Collaborate with internal teams (branding, performance, ecommerce) to support affiliates with the right assets, briefings, and incentives.

·      Track and analyse affiliate metrics including CTR, GMV, conversion rates, and content quality.

Livestream Management

·      Develop and execute livestream strategies to drive continuous revenue growth across Mama's Choice official livestream channels.

·      Effectively integrate and align livestream activities to branding and commercial goals.

·      Manage and schedule the livestream hosts, ensuring all required livestream hours are fulfilled daily.

·      Optimize livestream sessions thru product sequencing, livestream exclusive promotions, selling angles, engagement tactics, and ads.

·      Coordinate with branding, ecommerce and operations team to ensure livestream readiness (stock, promotions, visuals, product briefings, campaigns)

·      Evaluate livestreams performance, provide coaching, implement best-practices, and maintain a high-performing host roster.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Livestream Management, or Influencer Marketing – for e-commerce consumer brands.
  • Hands-on experience with Tiktok Shop and Shopee affiliates, creator management, or livestream operations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, especially with creators and hosts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in performance-driven environment.
  • Fluent in both Malay and English communications, both written and spoken.
