We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Interior Designer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves blending creativity with client engagement—turning design ideas into functional, beautiful spaces while achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop creative design concepts, layout plans, and proposals that align with client expectations.
  • Prepare and present design quotations and project proposals in a clear, professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients throughout the design process, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Achieve sales targets through strong relationship-building and consultative selling.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in interior design with a strong sales or client-facing background.
  • Preferred strong design sense with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max and etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • A keen eye for detail, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional design solutions.
