Head of Investor Relations

Location: Kuala Lumpur | Industry: Leading MNC Public-Listed Tech Conglomerate

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead Investor Relations for a prominent regional player in the technology and digital services sector. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining strong relationships with the investment community, ensuring transparent and effective communication of the company's financial performance, growth aspirations, and sustainability commitments.

Your new role

  • Lead investor engagement initiatives, including quarterly briefings, conferences, and roadshows.
  • Oversee external disclosures through stock exchange announcements, IR website updates, and analyst events.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality investor materials such as presentations, FAQs, and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and compliant market communications.
  • Drive ESG-related disclosures and engagement with equity and debt investors.
  • Monitor financial performance and market valuation, providing timely guidance to analysts and investors.
  • Prepare insightful feedback and reports for senior leadership and the Board.
  • Support the development of annual and sustainability reports.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets.
  • Proven track record within multinational environments, ideally in Telecoms, Media, or Technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with expertise in financial modeling.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment and collaborate across diverse teams.
