Job Description

  • Prepare and execute underlying fund administrator documents for subscription, redemption, and transfer trades for the clients.
  • Preparing the AML and KYC packages as required by the respective administrators of the underlying funds.
  • Timely responses to email queries to third parties and internal groups, as the case maybe.
  • Ensuring that all custody trades are executed as per the deadline without exceptions.
  • Ensure all trades are confirmed and accepted by the underlying fund/administrator
  • Independently able to resolve all queries and issues from third parties related to the executed trades

Qualifications

  • University degree in an accounting field.
  • Relevant years of experience with another fund administrator within the fund accounting space or the Investor Operations/relations team
  • Proficiency with using Adobe PDF.
  • Understanding of the Fund of fund business will be an added advantage.
  • Investigative and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualities such as attention to details and being organized are essential.
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines, in a dynamic work environment.
