Description

In this position you will....

be leading a team of product managers and responsible for execution and scaling up of product into distribution partnerships across North Asia and Southeast Asia in close collaboration with the cross functional teams and senior stakeholders within bolttech Group, with a specific focus on device protection.

 You will be responsible for…

  • Commercial product strategy and execution. Leading and implementing the overall pr product vision for Asia, defining product strategy and product feature roadmap with Group Head of Product, based for distribution partners and their respective industry verticals. 
  • Taking the lead in developing commercial requirements and translating them into product solutions that satisfy client and customers' needs.
  • Assisting in developing and implementing the go-to-market plan with business leaders, working with all departments to execute.
  • Driving product development lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. Prioritising product and initiatives and activities for industry verticals include OEM, Telco, Retail, Consumer Finance, Financial Services etc.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of strategies within the lifecycle of existing products or new product innovations.
  • Managing and enhancing product quality, ensure optimised conversion, and continually evaluate product performance to improve functionality and delivery
  • Providing guidance to the team in researching and identifying new market and product opportunities. Developing and delivering the prototype of the minimum viable product (MVP), as an enabler for early customer engagement. 
  • Building a deep knowledge of our markets, customers and competitors and help drive product roadmap/strategy.

 You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Mathematics or other business related fields
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, business development and technology
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of financials & key drivers of profitability for warranty services, device protection and other value added services.
  • Knowledge of the international insurance business and the is a plus.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with prioritisation, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
