The Commercial Lead is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for accelerating Bjak's revenue growth and profitability through effective commercial management.
You will define the sales strategy, conduct market analysis to maximize the commercial value of our product offerings, and partner with Marketing and Product teams to design and align campaigns that deliver a high Return on Investment (ROI).
What you'll do
Define and execute the comprehensive commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and improve profitability across all Bjak's products and services, acting as a steward for the commercial P&L.
Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify untapped commercial opportunities, pricing strategies, and product gaps that can be leveraged for growth.
Partner directly with the Product team to assess and maximize the commercial viability of existing and new product features, ensuring offerings are optimized for market demand and high profitability.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted sales and promotional campaigns, ensuring clear alignment between commercial goals and campaign objectives to guarantee high ROI and measurable revenue uplift.
Develop strategies, processes, and metrics to optimize sales performance, ensuring commercial objectives are seamlessly integrated into the sales funnel and execution.
The right fit has:
6+ years of progressive experience in Commercial Management, Strategy Consulting, or Business Development within a high-growth B2C or Fintech/Aggregator environment.
Proven track record of defining and executing revenue growth strategies that directly resulted in measurable increases in profitability and market share.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and develop robust financial models (P&L analysis) to support strategic decisions.
Strong business acumen and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between strategic analysis, product development, and sales/marketing execution.
Demonstrated experience in developing high-ROI commercial campaigns and aligning cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to specific revenue targets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting complex commercial strategies to executive leadership.
