1) Collection of fees

  • To charge tuition fees in the portal for diploma & bachelor program
  • To charge penalties & miscellaneous fees related to academic & student affairs

department

2) Update payment

  • To download & update daily transaction history in monthly journal from BIMB &

RHB accounts

  • To key in all the payments in BIMB & RHB to the student's portal
  • To update scholarship rebate for every semester
  • To do receivables monthly journal summary (bank reconcile)
  • Prepare customer monthly ageing

3) Invoicing & Receipts

  • To calculate the student tuition fee according to the offer letter & subjects taken

for every semester (local and international)

  • To issue official receipts for admission fees or certain payment made by cash and

barring list students

4) Closed Student

  • To check & verify admission fee payment made by the new student before

registration

  • Updated admission fee payment received in registration live data and monthly

journal

  • Verifying the claim from staff for their closed leads

5) PIC to brief on fees & payment

  • Entertain emails & phone calls related finance (payment, invoices, appeal, etc)
  • Do presentation to new students during orientation for every new intake
  • Blasting memo regarding finance matters through WhatsApp & Telegram groups

6) Barring list

  • Prepare the class barring list every start of semester
  • Prepare the exam barring list every examination session (midterm and final)
  • Prepare student appeal list name for final examination for AA reference purpose

7) KOPEN

  • To entertain customer for KOPEN merchandise
  • To record all transaction for KOPEN merchandise sales
  • Prepare and filing documents for cash handover and KOPEN expenses receipts
  • To prepare monthly Statement of Profit & Loss for KOPEN
  • To prepare yearly management account for KOPEN audit

8) Instructed By Top Management

  • Involved as Convocation Committee set by vent coordinator
  • Assist the department to achieve KPII

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
